Anyone who has helped an animal. Whether you rescued, fostered, transported, treated, sheltered, or simply stepped in when help was needed — your story belongs here.
About the film
As the full-scale war in Ukraine forces millions to flee, rescuers move in the opposite direction — toward destroyed villages, active shelling, and mined roads — to save animals left behind. RESCUE follows them, and the open cast is how we thank and credit everyone whose courage made this possible: an open-source list of the people behind the humanity.
